I’ve been wanting to make this Zuni chicken recipe for awhile but it requires planning a day ahead and that can be a challenge for me. Also just have to say considering my job I really take terrible food pictures. Anyway all this is to say I’m back to thinking about 30 day challenges. I’m going to start with my usual fall back of no alcohol and no refined carbs. But I’d like to line up some more interesting ones. So far I’ve got:
Call someone every day
Learn to tie knots (for boating)
Yoga every day
Anyone got a good one for me?
Are you going to try and do all four of these in the month of March? If so, I think four is enough!
