Potatoes and saurkraut

I seem to be on a cooking vacation too this week. Only making myself an omelette in the morning and then showing up at mike and Cara’s for dinner. This schedule is really working for me though I know I should make some token gesture  to reciprocate. Mike was at my place st lunch time where the pickings were slim. He seemed pretty pleased though with his potato and sauerkraut creation. It’s the simple things
