The things I have to do
I’ll tell ya it’s not easy doing my job. Someone has to taste all the dark chocolate pot de creme. Actually we do lots of tastings here, but today was a small tasting with just the TnT team and it was so fun to be included. The question they were trying to answer is can you use very dark chocolate for cooking. I think the answer was there is no such thing as bad pot de creme. I was happy to do my part for science.
