Vacation end

Even though Chris and I had to return to our regular workaday life, I’m happy to think about Sarah (Chris’s niece) still in Maine painting away for a few more days. When we returned to the boat yesterday we had a ton of unpacking to do since I decided to bring all (and I mean All) of our linens to Maine for washing. But we also returned to a broken fresh water hose, so we spent some time trying to fix it before finally deciding to use our water tanks instead. Sometimes it’s hard to see the progress you make, but I do know the same situation a year ago would have been emotionally tough for us. Is it crazy to say I’m grateful for a broken hose? Yes I actually do think that is crazy to say, but still I am grateful for this life and all that comes with it
