Empire Building

Chris and I arrived back in Maine last night and I immediately went into full furniture brain mode. I sometimes joke that I am going to open a vintage plate store just so I can enjoy my plate obsession without cluttering my cabinets. Last night I got to thinking that the store next door should be small wooden chairs. I will call one store Plates and the other store Chairs. Beautiful, interesting, and finely crafted chairs are a dime a dozen on facebook marketplace and I think they need to be honored. Perhaps this is my mission in life? I don't think I ever shared the chair above which was one of my crafty projects this spring. The cane was ripped and chair is too small to be useable. And now I think it looks like a little flower.
