Summer is fast approaching. We ate dinner tonight at the dining room table instead of in front of Columbo because it was so light out. Our grass is turning green and it’s almost warm enough to sit on the deck. We are heading back to Boston in a few weeks to a newly rented apartment. After many false starts we decided against getting another boat for now. So many changes this year that were never intentional yet seemed inevitable. I’m not quite ready to leave, but the time we’ve been gifted here has helped us really feel like it’s our home now.
