Winding Down

Jen and I took a last walk around the castle this afternoon. We are good travel partners because we both love walking to take in the sites and second hand stores. I also like that Jennifer has it all under control so my logistical brain seems to go on vacation and I gratefully hand over all my decision making power. But what has truly made this such a special trip was Helle and Niall. There is nothing like visiting a new place with kind friends to show you the way, point out the interesting moments, and make you warm and happy when you settle in each night.
