Mistakes Happen

I think this is an unintentional picture taking that happened when I asked Mike to be the long armed selfie camera holder for our New Years hike. But when I scroll through my photo library, I keep stopping on this one because its so darn good. It's almost like a painting. I love happy accidents.

This is the picture Mike meant to take which is also pretty darn good. I love our No Matter the Weather hikes we do with our New Years crew. This year was cold and a little bit icy, but nothing compared to the slushy icy craziness of a few years ago. 

We added a few new guests this year to our marina crew: Carolyn, Kosta, Georgea, Kevin, Jen, Emily, and Greg. Stuff happened. Like karaoke with spatulas instead of microphones, because sometimes you just have to make do. I'll have you know these are ATK Reviews approved spatulas. Maybe I should let ATK know the dual purpose possibilities. We could update our reviews.

And there was game playing and eating and all sorts of fun. I have to admit I've been a bit wiped the last few days. But that hasn't stopped us from scheming for next year. Happy New Year everyone!
