Mossy Light--West Coast Edition

Chris and I are visiting the Seattle clan of the Carpenter family this weekend.

Yesterday we were treated to a river hike that matched the river march we took them on last October. The landscape is so lush, the water glacial, and the trees so huge, it feels more like we landed on another planet not just the other side of the country. On this hike though we did not have night rapidly closing in on us, but still I look a bit scared.

Seriously though we are having an amazing time. I like seeing the 3 brothers together. We need to do better to make this happen more often.
