The second mow

A few years ago Chris and I were interested in buying a different house down the street. Chris called it the Kennedy Estate because it had a rolling lawn down to the water. The house wasn’t much to speak about, but the yard was very special. I was always surprised when Mike called it the Sloane place because chris had so convinced me of its name. Anyhoo it was not the house we ended up with and I’ve been so so happy that we landed where we did. And I happened to notice after the lawn got mowed again this week they we are looking very kennedyesque ourselves now.
