Boat shopping
Today we did some actual IRL boat shopping. Francis picked us up at the end of G Dock for a high speed ride to Eastie. First up was a sailboat which pretty quickly closed down any fantasies of actually living on one. Then off we went to Charlestown marina to look at a restored Grand Bank—which is essentially the other end of the spectrum. It was very interesting and we have lots to think about. But really all I want to do here is brag about how fun it is to shop for a home when you’re being shuttled about by a small fast boat.
