Bringing out the big guns

Our boat shopping travels brought us to Fall River to see a custom built trawler that was oh so pretty and cute, but oh so full of problems. We salvaged the day with a visit to the naval museum next door where chris and I toured a battleship and a submarine. We marveled at the huge chains and fenders like the boat nerds we are (as Celia called us). And tried to imagine the bravery of the men who lived on these ships. It brings a whole new meaning to the word liveaboard.
