Curry in a hurry

Every time Celia comes home she has blossomed a bit more into adulthood. Her most recent observation was that people seem to want dinner every day. Luckily for us, Celia and Ian have been shouldering the brunt of the shopping and cooking. And their NY lives prepared them well for my tiny kitchen. I still manage to get in their way though.
