Like kings and queens

A very busy household got suddenly very quiet when chris, celia, and Ian left for their big cities. So what’s a girl to do but go vintage furniture shopping? I fell in love with these chairs the moment they hit fb marketplace and thought they would be very regal or shabby chic or something...at our dining room table. So I drove a million Maine miles and squeezed them into my CRV. That might have been a clue that they are too ridiculously big for the room. And maybe too low for the table. Jennifer suggested casters on the bottom to raise them up...and then let’s face it, probably eventually wheel them out the door. But for now, I am pleased and entertained.
