getting back into the groove

I've had a good few weeks of doing the 6am class 2x week. Getting up early in the cold to go to a class will never get easy and I need to accept that. Somehow it looks easier when other people do it.  But I have already seen some benefits. For one, it is amazing how much difference a little yoga makes to my range of motion. And I also have that stirring feeling of wanting more yoga which feels a little similar to an addiction feeling but in a good way. And in case you're wondering, I'm still dressing for success (an outfit that works for yoga AND work). That's truly been a game changer—thanks Jennifer!
