Short rib beef ragu

Maybe not the most appetizing picture, but you have to believe me it was amazing. Today was the last day of the food truck for this year. It’s kind of a bittersweet moment for me. The truck was a lot of work and often complicated in so many silly ways. But it was also just a lot of fun. Not sure what next year is going to look like, but that is a problem to solve on another day.
