Busy in Roque Bluffs

I had thought today was going to be my quiet day to sit and work on my knitting project, but of course that’s not how it turned out. Between one thing and another I was hustling about between the cottage and the house. Which gave me plenty of opportunity to notice the gorgeous light as I crossed the yard. The sun must be at just the perfect angle in the sky to make the shadows and light fall in such painterly swaths. Every season has its moments.
