Happy birthday to me

One sign of getting old might be that it’s my birthday so naturally I’m another year older. But the other sign might be that I spent my birthday mostly alone with minimal fanfare and that was just fine. Actually it was a lovely day with lots of digital good wishes, a beautiful poem from Chris, an extra long walk with Mike and Cara, and lots of house project time. Honestly that we are all still safe and healthy is all anyone can ask for. And my birthday wish is that’s how we remain.
