Sheltering in place

I took a walk this afternoon to soak up a bit of vitamin d. The liquor store had closed up shop due to covid-19. I noticed 3 sets of people take pictures of the signs and shake their heads in disbelief. And of course I went over and took a picture too. I guess you know things are bad when the liquor store closes. But not so bad that you can’t order through Drizly. At the food technology conference I went to recently a guy said that he thought this pandemic would get the luddites over the hurdle of online ordering and then they will never go back. I don’t know if that is true. But for sure we will all be different people when this is past.
