Thursday Night Boatloading

Chris and I used to describe the new boat we planned to buy as our Tuesday Night boat. Something easy enough to take out on a whim. We never seemed to find a boat that fit that bill. But we have made good on our plan to take advantage of everyone we know who does own a boat and might be looking for some company. Chris's co-worker Steve called us out of the blue Thursday night and offered us a sunset spin. Steve's boat is very fast, kind of scary fast, and also very fun. It's the opposite of everything we know about boating which I really enjoyed getting to see what this life would look like. So many options, you've got to try them all.
