Commute Company

 This morning I had the treat of Kiev and Chris's company on my trip to work. It's funny how a walk that often feels hot and long and exhausting just becomes a quick pleasurable jaunt when you have some fun company along for the ride. I really enjoyed playing tour guide to my personal view of Boston—pointing out the new buildings that were not there 2 years ago, or the purple glimmer in the granite when the light hits it a certain way. I wish I had more people join me on these walks. Sort of like how some carpool, I could walkpool. Did I just make up another word like Boatloading (freeloading)? I think I did!
