Fancy Fun

Last year when we were having some work done, our contractor was bouncing between us and the house of a New York chef nearby. I'd occasionally get wisps of information about his kitchen, garden, and water view. So I did what any self respecting snoop would do and started following him on Instagram. He really did not post enough for my needs, so I was pretty darn excited when I saw him promote pop up dinners in August which lined up with one of the weekends we'd be here. Last night Chris and I went to a 12 course tasting dinner which Ross Florance had mostly foraged, grown, fished, or made. It was spectacular.
