Done and done

Yesterday was a big day for the food truck. It finally passed all inspections! This morning I took my well traveled path back to 1010 Mass Ave to pay the permit fee. I got such a friendly greeting at the Health Dept as we’ve all gotten to know each other well over the last 6 months. Made me feel kind of warm and fuzzy toward the Boston city government. The opening event for the truck will be July 11 so I’m sure you’ll be hearing a lot about that. Oh and yeah, our next boat lesson is tomorrow!
