Ok I promise this is my last food truck post for awhile, but just wanted to share a moment from our soft opening where we actually served lunch! It was a big success...well a big success if you're defining it in soft launch terms. We had some electrical issues that delayed our opening etc etc, but in the end the team killed it with beautiful food and very short wait times. Next week I will be taking off work to tackle our next big project--driving the boat on our own. It is true though that one accomplishment does make you feel like you can do another. More words to the wise for all you blog fans :-)
Congratulations, Alice! And I can't wait until you're zipping about the Harbor without even an increased heart rate. It's coming.
