Unveiling

Ok terrible picture of me but look at that smile on my face! Today was the official opening of the (damn) food truck. That grey box behind me is actually the truck in its “shroud” pre-unveiling. I don’t know much about doing media events but it could not have gone better between helpful coworkers and sunny cool weather. It turned into a nice little work party. Tomorrow is the real test when we open for lunch service. One hurdle at a time
