Catching the Worm


My current self improvement plan (and yes, I always have a self improvement plan going on) has me getting up every morning at 5:30. It’s all about trying to get to yoga 2 days a week, but I realized it would be easier if I got up every morning at that time. Kevin said this in an offhand way not long ago and I’ve taken it as gospel. Now when 9 pm rolls around I’m pretty done for, but that’s ok, bed is toasty and comfy and all that I need.
