Sunrise Sunset

Roque Bluffs is pulling out all the stops with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets and nighttime skies heavy with stars. I can not believe how the days have been whizzing by. I’m spending way too much time cooking. Nearly lost it at the end of the day with an apple pie recipe which had a few too many instructions for my sanity. A clear sign it was time to step away from the kitchen and go take a beach walk.
