I know you all have been wondering where the heck is that curtain picture I promised. I've been holding back partly because it is just hard to get a decent picture on the boat (not that I seem to have any trouble posting bad pictures), but mostly its been indecision on whether this is actually done. I was pleased with my thriftiness (again) using 84" curtains that I cut in half, created fringe instead of a hem, and attached to rings for easy sliding. I was also thrilled that the glass bead tie backs I bought in Maine with Cara worked so beautifully. When the curtains are open, I'm so happy with how they look. But when they are closed they look kind of dumpy. I think making them 6 inches shorter might do the trick. But you know how that goes, once you cut something, you can't go back.
I'm more worried about that creepy man outside your window ;)
