I've always had this idea that instead of joining a gym or yoga studio, I could just make it my mission to find free classes all over Boston. And I guess if I had all the time in the world (ie no job), I could make that happen. One of the many gifts of working in this hip building is that a lot of the companies sponsor free yoga. Even ATK did for awhile in the photo studio. Last night Continuum offered a class in the Reebok gym. I felt a bit bashful going over there not knowing anyone and the Reebok gym is...how do I say this?...hardcore. But as always with yoga and (as I said yesterday) with doing something a bit scary, it was just fine. In fact pretty great.
