Home is where the heart is

 

It’s been awhile since Chris and I have had an unscheduled Saturday. And actually if you can believe it, we even had a quiet Friday night in. I’m such a better person when I’m rested and have time to putter around cooking and reading and whatever the heck it is I do when I’m left to my own devices. We did get a few things done though. We had a nice visit with Edith who gave us a good laugh when she retold the story of me jumping off a pier when I was a toddler and how she then had to jump in too, fully dressed...because a lot of people were looking.

And we also paid our yearly slip fees today so I guess that means another year of SlipD16 for all you folk!
