I'm not sure I advanced much over the last 6 months in the basement workouts, but Celia certainly has. I witnessed her personal best of 10 pull ups today. So in case my lack of progress made Mike question his coaching chops, all he has to do is look at Celia and know it's what the student brings, not the master. I just realized writing this that I've been here 6 months! It feels a little disconcerting to leave Maine and not know exactly when I will be back or whether I will get long stretches here again. What's next for all of us as we emerge from the pandemic pause? I am so curious.
