Getting lost in the big city

Our big little move into our tiny apt in the sky is complete! Monday morning we brought our car over to it’s new home garage where we drove around in circles for a bit. We took a picture of our location because knowing us, we might never find our way back. Just a small tidbit of how unsettling moving can be even though I know in a few days it will all be old hat. 

We had a couple of Celia’s strong friends help us unload our truck. It was 2 elevators and a long hallway in between, but not a single stair. We each had a rolly thing to move stuff and it went surprisingly quickly. Yes, those are some very important throw pillows perched on top there and a turkish rug which about sums up 90% of my internet surf time. 

The fun and games ended when we had to unpack everything. Oy those “beds in boxes” are challenging. But everything fit and worked just right. So no complaining from me (yes, I know I just did).
