Spontaneous Supper

 There was a lot of chatter this weekend about boat plans and it was not without some jealousy that we watched our friends take off for the various islands. We ended up feeling pretty happy though staying put and working on a few more projects to make the boat more livable. Chris did some resourceful plumbing to get our water filter installed and we continued the work of finding "stuff space". Later the Manns returned from their journey and one thing led to another and suddenly I was making dinner. I still haven't worked out the kinks of cooking on this boat and had to swap out nearly every ingredient for what I had on hand. It all turned out ok though and we were cozy and happy.
