E dock sunrise

As I rolled out of bed to make coffee, I almost thought we were moored at Peddocks by the beautiful sunrise. It is always so interesting how the smallest changes in your life can feel so big. A short stay on E dock is like a vacation in a new land. You’re probably wondering why I’m discussing sunrises when all you want to know is how the survey went. Well they put Betty (and chris!) through it’s full grueling paces yesterday. And just by virtue of finishing the survey (which we did not do for the Eagle) makes me think they will go through with the purchase. But official word is still a few days away. So we wait and continue to turn over all the options in front of us.
