We wait

There is nothing new to tell you about the Betty sale, but I know it won’t be too much longer. Meanwhile we continue to enjoy E dock. The weather is thankfully balmy and we ended up having drinks on our helm last night with the Leslie’s who are back for a brief visit. Without the plastic canvas up and with nothing to obstruct our view, it is so spectacular it almost seems fake. The balmy day also meant I got a nice lunchtime walk with Grace and Jennifer. It is so nice being able to walk by their boat and visit for a moment. I think it’s one of the things that makes the marina more of a community than most neighborhoods. Of course it gets a lot tougher during winter COVID times but that’s what made yesterday all the more special.
