53 years, 4 boats , 3 hours

Since the early days with Chris I’ve known how much he likes boats so it’s been a bit of a theme to find boat activities for his birthday. If I’m honest some have been lame like the harbor dinner cruise or the pirate boat. Some have been prescient like staying in an Airbnb at our marina several years before we moved here. And though I wish this year could have been a victorious trip driving our own boat, we are just going to have to be patient about that. So for Chris’s birthday today we started with blueberry muffins on our boat, took the Charlestown ferry to long wharf, a thrilling ride on codzilla, and returned in a water taxi. not too shabby for a bit of water commute hacking.

This picture is of Chris and Kiev on the ferry as it pulled up alongside codzilla. I like that I got 2 boats in the picture (and 2 great guys!) So happy that Kiev came to Boston for the birthday extravaganza . Thank you Kiev!!!
