Last night my knight in shining armor (aka Chris) picked me up after work in our new car. We were having Cathy and Bill over for dinner so it was nice to get home in the lap of luxury and not feeling frazzled and sweaty. And if the commuting gods were not shining on me enough, Bill offered me a dinghy ride to work this morning. Bill just started a new job in the Seaport and has been trying out the dinghy commute. He ties up in front of the ICA and is literally door to door. I had a nice 15 min stroll down Seaport Blvd to the office. Oh my goodness what a treat that was. Life does not get better than this.
Yeah, but if Chris took you in the dingy you'd be in Long Island about now. That may not be a good thing, but it would make for a good story. Does Cathy have a blog so when Chris drives her somewhere we can read about her trip ;) HA HA
