Bagel Bribe

Early morning fuzziness and the promise of a bagel allowed me to trick Celia into taking this selfie with us. I told her our fans are demanding content! Lucky for me Celia surprised us with a visit last night otherwise I don't think I'd have much to say since I never left the boat yesterday. I spent a lot of the day trying to cook for the week ahead because its cheaper and healthier. But man, is it challenging. I think next weekend's boat hack/organization activity is going to be about figuring out a better oven/burner situation. Right now I am leaning toward a portable dual induction burner and leaving oven as is. But stay tuned, I'm sure I will not land where I planned. How's that for a cliffhanger!
