Our neighbors down the dock on D6 recommended these new fangled convection heaters to us that use very low wattage. Amazing how much I am learning (passively) about electricity these days between move in issues at work and living on a boat. Anyhoo, I know this sounds like a Chris post, but its Alice here to report on this new hack. I got home a bit late from work last night. I was very cold (lost my hat), I was hungry, I wasn't feeling great. Chris was deep into installing these heaters and I really wanted to have nothing to do with it. But 4 hands when you are installing are always better than 2. We made quick work of it. And I have to admit the feeling of accomplishment when we were done was a bit of a high.
Sharp-looking heaters. Still wish you could get a wood-stove though--nothing like it in the comfy, cosy category. Well, you get yourself up to Maine and I'll get a blazing fire going for you.
