Chez (Bateau) Alice
Alice has several times alluded to the difficulties of cooking in the tiny, power-challenged galley on the boat. What she's too modest to say is that she has more than met its match.
Alice is mastering the tricky gymnastics of space and electricity usage. We've had delicious zesty bowls with chicken and pickled onion. Succulent pancetta and salt pork beans with rice. And here she is making tasty teriyaki thighs in the pressure cooker. Yum!
Looks like a fancy restaurant, right down to the high-end customers.
